Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Return shipping costs, including any international shipping fees or customs charges, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit without proof of delivery.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Faulty or Defective Items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If your product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.

A major failure includes situations where:

  • The product is significantly different from its description

  • The product is unsafe

  • The product is substantially unfit for its normal purpose

  • The issue cannot be fixed within a reasonable time

If your product has a minor failure, we may choose to repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

If a return is due to a product fault covered under the Australian Consumer Law, reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

  2. We will provide detailed return instructions.

  3. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. This will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page where applicable.
